Job summary

Golden Valley Health Centers in California's Central Valley seeks a PACE Associate Medical Director to lead medical services within the PACE program, oversee care teams, and promote patient-centered outcomes at the Central Valley Stockton PACE Center.

This physician leader will mentor clinicians, develop policies, and collaborate with committees to improve quality of care while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and cultural sensitivity.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment with tact.
• Demonstrated leadership and collaboration across teams.
• Ability to travel to other sites as needed and maintain licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care within the PACE program model.
• Mentor and assist with provider performance and development.
• Develop medical policies, procedures and guidelines.
• Lead clinical standards and care protocols with the PACE Medical Director.
