Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum three years experience in a lead administrative role.
• Minimum one year primary care experience with a frail, elderly or long-term care population.
• Ability to travel to other sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Direct outpatient care at least 80% of the week.
• Provides medical guidance and supervision of medical services.
• Responsible for delivery of care and clinical outcomes.

Education

California Medical Doctor or Doctor of Osteopathy license

Board certified or eligible in a Primary Care specialty
