Job summary

Independent Community Bankers of America (ICBA) seeks a Director, Political Operations to advance ICBA PAC's fundraising, donor engagement, and compliance programs. You will work with Congressional Relations, state partners, and volunteers to grow donor participation and ensure FEC compliance.

Open to applicants in the Washington, DC area; travel about 5–6 times per year; join a team focused on advocacy, fundraising events, and leadership giving campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• Five or more years in political fundraising or PAC management.
• Experience with federal PACs or trade associations preferred.
• Knowledge of FEC regulations and campaign finance compliance.
• Ability to manage fundraising databases and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of ICBA PAC's fundraising strategy.
• Develop multi-channel fundraising campaigns and donor engagement initiatives.
• Identify and cultivate new donor audiences; engage leadership donors.
• Analyze fundraising performance and donor trends.
• Assist in planning nationwide fundraising events and donor engagement activities.
• Oversee payroll deduction, donor recognition, and compliance tasks.
• Prepare reports and ensure timely disbursements and contributions.
• Collaborate with Congressional Relations and Meetings & Events teams.
