Job summary

J Street is seeking a PAC Manager/Assistant Political Director in Washington, DC to lead fundraising and donor engagement for our national political program. The role reports to the National Political Director and requires 2-3 cycles of campaign or advocacy fundraising experience, strong relationship-building skills, and exceptional organization.

Responsibilities include stewarding high- and medium-dollar fundraising, managing events, tracking progress in Salesforce and spreadsheets, and

Qualifications

• 2-3 cycles of political, campaign, advocacy, or fundraising experience.
• Strong familiarity with federal campaigns and political fundraising.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and donor relationships with precision and attention to detail.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills with major donors and political stakeholders.
• Comfortable working collaboratively across teams in a fast-paced political environment.
• Experience managing spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel) and Salesforce or a comparable CRM.
• Formal education requirements are less important than relevant hands-on experience.

Responsibilities

• Steward our high- and medium-dollar political fundraising programs.
• Manage JStreetPAC's national events calendar and own the national conduit fundraising portfolio.
• Maintain trackers of political fundraising and giving progress in spreadsheets and Salesforce, keeping goal-to-actual data current for leadership.
