DaMar Staffing is seeking a Pennsylvania Workers' Compensation Billing Specialist who must reside in NJ, PA, or FL. The role focuses on billing and accounts receivable for Pennsylvania Workers' Compensation claims, with emphasis on WC billing, carrier follow-up, and appeals.

The ideal candidate will have direct WC billing experience, strong knowledge of CPT/HCPCS and ICD-10 terminology, and proven ability to manage high-volume claim follow-up and documentation.

Qualifications

• This role requires direct Pennsylvania Workers' Compensation billing and A/R experience.
• Experience with WC carriers, TPAs, and adjusters is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of EOB/EOR interpretation and denial resolution.

Responsibilities

• Manage billing and A/R for Pennsylvania Workers' Compensation claims.
• Follow up on outstanding, unpaid, and underpaid WC claims.
• Communicate with carriers, TPAs, adjusters, and case managers to resolve balances.
• Review remittance docs for accuracy and identify issues causing underpayments.
• Prepare reconsiderations, appeals, and corrected bills with supporting docs.
