Job summary

CCMSI is seeking a Medical Only Claim Representative to manage Pennsylvania Workers' Compensation medical-only claims in a remote environment. You’ll oversee a high-volume caseload from assignment through closure, coordinating medical treatment and ensuring accurate documentation in our claim system.

Ideal candidates have workers' compensation experience, strong organizational skills, and excellent written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or two years related experience in business, insurance, or claims.
• Knowledge of Pennsylvania Workers' Compensation claims.
• Strong detail orientation and organization.
• Ability to manage high-volume workload accurately.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage Pennsylvania Workers' Compensation medical-only claims from assignment through closure.
• Review claim information and documentation for accurate setup.
• Coordinate and monitor medical treatment activities.
• Review and process medical bills and related documentation.
• Maintain diary management and claim file documentation.
• Summarize medical records and activities in the system.
• Communicate with providers, employers, and internal partners.
• Support claim staff and participate in special projects.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and client instructions.
