Ascension Urgent Care Clinics in Jacksonville, FL seeks a Physician Assistant. You will obtain patient history, perform assessments, order and interpret diagnostics, and provide and document direct treatment and management of health conditions in a fast-paced setting.

Requirements include Florida PA licensure, BLS within 30 days, and ACLS/ALS preferred; a Master's degree is preferred and 1 year of experience is helpful.

Qualifications

• BLS Provider certification within 1 month (30 days) of hire date.
• PA credentialing from Florida PA Board prior to hire date.
• Advanced Life Support (ALS/ACLS) preferred.

What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration

• Required Credential(s):
• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Physician Assistant credentialed from the Florida Physician Assistants obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

• Preferred Credential(s):
• Advanced Life Support. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education

• Graduate of accredited Physician Assistant program. Master's degree preferred.

Work Experience

• 1 year of experience preferred.
