Ascension is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to help establish a new outpatient clinic in the St. Johns/St. Augustine/Jacksonville area.

This full-time role offers a physician-led, nonprofit health system environment with outpatient focus and close collaboration with care teams. You will provide evidence-based medical care, conduct comprehensive evaluations, coordinate patient care, and document thoroughly to ensure continuity.

Qualifikationen

• BLS certification is required within 30 days of hire.
• Florida-licensed Nurse Practitioner credential required before hire.
• Master's degree in Nursing required.

What Minimum Requirements You'll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Nurse Practitioner credentialed from the Florida Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Valid state license required specific to the state in which the associate works.

Education

• Master's degree of Nursing required.
