Job summary

Ascension is seeking a Physician Assistant for General Surgery in Milwaukee, WI. This 1.0 FTE role supports a 36 patient contact hour schedule using the EPIC EMR system at Ascension Columbia St. Mary's Hospital / Prospect Medical Commons.

The candidate should be a graduate of an accredited PA program; master's degree is preferred. One year of experience is preferred, with licensure or eligibility as a Physician Assistant in Wisconsin.

What minimum requirements you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration

• - Required Credential(s): None Required.
• - Preferred Credential(s): Advanced Life Support. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• - BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• - Physician Assistant.

Education

• - Graduate of accredited Physician Assistant program. Master's degree preferred.

Work Experience

• - 1 year of experience preferred.
