Qualifications

• Current PA license required and NCCPA certification status (current or emeritus).
• Three years of full-time higher education experience at time of appointment.
• Demonstrated management experience in higher education and eligibility as NCCPA or MD/DO board-certified.
• Ideal candidate has PA program teaching experience as principal faculty and at least five years clinical/academic PA/MD experience.
• Strong understanding of ARC-PA Standards (v4/v5) and program self-study process.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the PA program's academic and administrative operations.
• Supervise the medical director, principal and instructional faculty and staff.
• Ensure compliance with ARC-PA standards and program accountability.
• Allocate time for program teaching duties (approximately 20% teaching).
• Lead data collection, analysis, and interpretation to guide program planning.
