Job summary

Tenneco seeks a seasoned P3 Integrated Supply Chain Practitioner to stabilize execution, standardize processes and systems, and drive ERP and inventory integrity across the cluster in the USA. You will coach plant leaders, deploy common standards, and lead daily management to sustain certification readiness.

Responsibilities include aligning demand and supply planning, improving schedule adherence, and eliminating waste while maintaining ownership with site teams. Travel 50–75% is common.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, business, or a related field.
• Lean/Six Sigma capability; APICS CPIM/CSCP or other supply-chain certification is a plus.
• Strong ERP/MRP (SAP & PLEX), Excel, BI, analytics, and process-mapping capability.
• Fluent in English; willing to travel 50%–75% across the cluster.

Responsibilities

• Supply chain execution: production scheduling, inventory handling, logistics, and customer delivery across plants.
• Deploy common processes across sites with varying systems and maturity.
• Translate maturity standards into assessments, roadmaps, evidence, governance, certification, and sustainment.
• Coach plant leaders, enable cross-functional decisions, build capability, and drive accountability.
