Job summary

Wounded Warrior Project, Inc. is seeking a Peer-to-Peer Fundraising Specialist to drive revenue through Carry Forward 5K events nationwide and virtually. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure events meet fundraising goals.

Responsibilities include securing sponsorships, coordinating logistics, and cultivating supporters across communities while using CRM platforms to track progress and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Three years of fundraising or sales experience.
• Nonprofit fundraising experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by building relationships with captains, fundraisers, donors, and sponsors.
• Collaborate with partnerships teams to identify and steward event sponsors.
• Secure community sponsorships for city-based and virtual Carry Forward events.
• Support event logistics, execution, and optimization of Carry Forward series.
• Coordinate cross-functional participation from marketing, social, and programs teams.
• Monitor fundraising performance and report results against budget.
