Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong ETL experience and ability to work with dynamic content.
• Ability to debug and solve problems collaboratively with a small team.
• Ability to listen, synthesize, and communicate project plans clearly.
• Proven track record of managing P2P fundraising platforms.
• Experience with SQL Server and No-SQL databases.
• Experience with JIRA for project tracking.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, testing and deployment of P2P platform integrations.
• Own data flows, data models, and reporting for fundraising programs.
• Collaborate with Product, PM, and business teams to define tech roadmap.
• Ensure SDLC adherence and implement usability testing processes.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor teammates.
