Blood Cancer United is seeking a mission-driven fundraising professional to build relationships with volunteers and drive peer-to-peer fundraising across a designated market. You will help exceed revenue goals while advancing our bold mission to enable patients with blood cancer to gain more than one million years of life by 2040.

You will supervise volunteers and collaborate with local teams and national partners to execute strategic plans, develop donor programs, and manage multiple priorities

Qualificações

• Plan and drive peer-to-peer fundraising to meet revenue goals.
• Recruit and cultivate high-level volunteer committees.
• Coordinate with mission teams to advance patient access and advocacy.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Education, Services and Health Research to communicate our mission.
• Organize local donor cultivation events and identify high-impact donors.
• Recruit fundraising volunteers for programs and revenue growth.
• Develop recruitment plans and secure new partners through outreach.
