Job summary

Safran Cabin in Costa Mesa, CA is seeking a P2P Business Analyst Intern to join the finance team and drive data-driven decisions. You will analyze procurement and accounts payable data, develop reports and dashboards, and support working capital initiatives with cross-functional collaboration.

The role emphasizes process improvement, data validation, and communication of insights using Excel, Power BI, and AWS QuickSight.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency with Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, Power Query).
Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI or QuickSight) preferred.
Strong communication, time-management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Gather, consolidate, and analyze procurement and accounts payable data from multiple sources.
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPI scorecards using Excel and BI tools.
Support data validation and improve data quality and reporting accuracy.
Analyze payment trends, invoice processing, and working capital metrics.
Create management reports and presentations with actionable recommendations.
Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, Accounts Payable, and IT on projects and improvements.
