Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a data analytics and automation lead embedded in Procurement to drive rapid P2P transformation. Qualifications

• 4-8 years in data analytics, process automation, or operations roles within P2P, procurement, or finance.
• Hands-on technical skills: SQL and Python (or equivalent), workflow/integration tooling (iPaaS, RPA, or native platform automation), and dashboarding/BI.
• Experience building on the company platform and applying LLM/AI tooling to business workflows is a strong plus.
• Working knowledge of P2P systems and data—ERP (SAP or NetSuite), procurement intake/orchestration platforms, and expense management tools.
• Experience operating within a data governance framework: certified data sources, data quality standards, access controls, and audit/SOX considerations.
• Change management fluency: driving adoption through training, communications, champion networks, and adoption metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own designated P2P sub-processes end to end (intake-to-PO, invoice exception handling, supplier onboarding, expense workflows).
• Translate requester pains into structured requirements and solution designs within the governance framework.
• Design, deploy, and scale automations within business workflows and source systems (ZIP, SAP, NetSuite, BrickBuy).
• Release MVP automations in weeks, instrument from day one, and iterate based on usage data and feedback.
• Build and maintain P2P datasets, dashboards, and metrics tied to source data and reports.
• Collaborate with Procurement operations, Finance Data team, CIO org, and managed services partners; drive adoption with change champions.
• Triage intake, prioritize backlog, publish a roadmap, and balance transformation priorities with operational requests.
