• Obtain and maintain a Washington State Food Handlers permit.
• Obtain and maintain TIPS certification.

• Greet guests as they are seated at table.
• Provide guests with information regarding the buffet and food selection.
• Follow up with guests to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist in resolving adverse guest issues.
• Maintain an assigned section including bussing and setting tables.
• Maintain an appropriate level of stock throughout shift.
• Maintain a professional and neat appearance of work station.
• Maintain confidentiality of company and player information.
• Perform other job-related duties as may be assigned.

Responsibilities

• Promote customer service as a priority by being attentive to guests’ needs, including providing prompt, courteous service, taking and filling orders, clearing, and setting tables.
• Greet guests as they are seated at table.
• Provide guests with information regarding the buffet and food selection.
• Follow up with guests to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist in resolving adverse guest issues to the guest’s satisfaction.
• Maintain an assigned section; including bussing tables, setting tables, and quality table maintenance.
• Maintain an appropriate level of stock throughout shift, including stocking and filling coffee, tea, ice, juices, sugar, ketchup, silverware, and glasses.
• Maintain a professional and neat appearance of work station.
• Maintain confidentiality of company and player information.
• Perform other job‑related duties as may be assigned, including cocktail serving and bartending (if over the age of 21), by instruction from management.
