Job summary

NOOKSACK NORTHWOOD CASINO in Lynden, WA is seeking a part-time server to provide attentive guest service in the buffet/hospitality area. You will greet guests, describe food options, and ensure guest satisfaction throughout shifts.

Responsibilities include maintaining service areas, stocking supplies, and assisting with bartending when required for guests over 21. A professional appearance and confidentiality are expected.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain and maintain gaming and alcohol service licenses.
• Must be at least 17 years old.
• Must obtain state food handlers permit.
• Must obtain TIPS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous service and handle orders.
• Greet guests as they are seated and inform about buffet options.
• Follow up with guests to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized station and service area.
• Assist with stocking beverages and supplies as needed.
• Maintain professional appearance of workstation.
• Possibly assist with cocktail service and bartending for guests over 21.
