Antech Diagnostics in New York is hiring a P&O Director, R&D to partner with executive leadership and translate business strategies into people priorities. You will co-create organizational design, drive change, and embed Mars Five Principles within the SDx culture.

In this senior role, you will lead transversal P&O initiatives, workforce planning, COE collaborations, and data-driven insights to enable growth and organizational health across the enterprise.

Formación

• Master’s degree required.
• SPHR/SHRM-SCP or equivalent senior HR cert preferred.
• 10–12+ years of progressive HR/PO experience.
• Experience partnering with executive or global leaders.
• Experience in matrixed global environments, veterinary or healthcare preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Senior Stakeholder Partnership: Partner with senior leaders to influence growth through talent strategy.
• Strategic Change Leadership: Design and lead large-scale organizational design initiatives.
• Transversal P&O Leadership: Lead cross-functional P&O activities and communities.
• Strategic Workforce Planning: Plan long-term workforce to meet future demands.
• COE Integration & Program Orchestration: Collaborate with COEs to deploy enterprise initiatives.
• Data‑Driven Strategic Insights: Use analytics to justify people programs and ROI.
• Organizational Health & Culture Champion: Promote high-performance, diversity, inclusion.
• Associates Relations/Compliance: Guide on employee relations and risk mitigation.
• Operations: Ensure changes are documented in systems (Workday, job descriptions).
• People Leadership: Mentor team members and develop P&O professionals.
