Job summary

Antech Diagnostics is seeking a People & Organization Business Partner to serve as the primary P&O partner for assigned leaders and Associates. You will coach and develop leaders on people practices while advocating for Associates and aligning with the Mars Five Principles.

Collaborate with P&O teams to implement the People Strategy and support Leaders and Associates. You will analyze workforce metrics, support planning, recruitment, and employee relations, while upholding ethics and legal

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred.
• PHR or SPHR certification preferred
• 8 years’ experience as a HR Generalist or HR Business Partner
• Working knowledge of compensation, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management, talent management, and talent acquisition

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to support organizational change initiatives.
• Drive adoption of P&O signature processes through training, coaching, and support on performance management, talent development, and culture initiatives.
• Collaborate with COE teams to deploy signature programs and consistent practices across client groups.
• Analyze workforce metrics to identify trends, generate insights, and recommend data-driven solutions.
• Support workforce planning, organizational design, and talent management strategies.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment activities and onboarding.
