Antech Diagnostics is seeking a HR Business Partner to serve as the primary P&O partner for leaders and associates. This role deploys the People Strategy, coaches leaders on people practices, and fosters our Five Principles culture while collaborating with other HR teams.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree; Master’s Degree preferred
• PHR or SPHR certification preferred
• 8 years’ experience as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner
• Knowledge of compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management, talent management, talent acquisition etc.
• Relevant industry experience is a plus

Aufgaben

• Partner with business leaders to support organizational change initiatives and effective planning, implementation, and change management
• Drive adoption of P&O signature processes through training, coaching, and support on performance management and culture initiatives
• Collaborate with COE teams to deploy signature programs and consistent practices across client groups
• Develop and execute business priorities, departmental strategies, objectives, and people initiatives
• Analyze workforce metrics to identify trends and recommend data-driven solutions
• Support workforce planning, organizational design, and talent management strategies
• Identify training needs and support development planning with L&D
• Establish a visible P&O presence as a trusted partner and advocate for associates and leaders
• Promote inclusive culture and address employee concerns while aligning people practices with business goals
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and policies while minimizing risk
• Support end-to-end recruitment activities with Talent Acquisition and onboarding
