Job summary

Antech Diagnostics, part of Mars Science & Diagnostics, is seeking a senior P&O Director (Temporary) to partner with executive leaders and translate business strategy into people priorities. You will drive large-scale organizational design, change efforts, and transversal P&O programs across the enterprise while embedding the Five Principles in leadership decisions.

The role emphasizes data-driven insights, workforce planning, and collaboration with COEs to deploy initiatives and measure

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required or equivalent.
• Senior HR experience with leadership roles (SPHR/SHRM-SCP preferred).
• Experience partnering with executives and global/regional leaders.
• Knowledge of compensation, organizational design, employee relations, performance and talent management.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to influence talent and organizational strategy.
• Lead large-scale organizational design initiatives and change management.
• Drive transversal People & Organization (P&O) activities across the enterprise.
• Plan long-term workforce strategies to support future growth.
• Collaborate with COEs to deploy enterprise-wide initiatives and measure success metrics.
• Use workforce analytics to build business cases and ROI of people programs.
• Champion a high-performance culture, diversity, inclusion and belonging.
• Provide guidance on employee relations and compliance.
