The General Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our freight brokerage business. This individual will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing team, driving revenue growth, and ensuring operational excellence. Additionally, the General Manager will have the opportunity to leverage their entrepreneurial skills to identify new business opportunities and expand our market presence. Crucially, this role will also involve maintaining their own Profit & Loss (P&L) statement, providing a unique opportunity to directly impact the financial success of the company.
