Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, supply chain preferred.
• Three years or more relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or industry related field required.
• Two years or more managing and leading direct reports required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the performance of salaried and hourly employees under responsibility.
• Collaborate with senior management and customers to determine needs and expectations.
• Be responsible for payroll and accounts payable, vendor quotes, and invoicing.
• Analyze weekly/monthly P&L to determine profitability and report to senior management.
• Hold safety meetings and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
