Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage salaried and hourly employees, resolve performance issues, and ensure policy compliance.
• Collaborate with senior management and customers to meet needs and expectations.
• Be responsible for payroll of employees.
• Analyze weekly/monthly P&L and report profitability to senior management.
• Handle accounts payable, vendor quotes, and customer invoicing.
• Hold safety & security meetings and provide safety training.
