Job summary

Ryder is hiring a Logistics Manager in Tracy, CA for our Supply Chain Solutions division. The role covers P&L responsibility, customer satisfaction, safety, and compliance.

The manager will lead both salaried and hourly staff, set schedules, and coordinate with senior management and clients. The position offers exemption status, salary paid semi-monthly, and a competitive annual salary with a bonus incentive up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Logistics or supply chain preferred.
• Three years or more relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or related field.
• Two years or more managing and leading direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Manage the performance of salaried and hourly employees under responsibility, addressing issues and ensuring policy compliance.
• Collaborate with senior management and customers to determine needs and operate the account to meet demands.
• Be responsible for payroll of employees and weekly/monthly profit and loss analysis.
