DHR Mechanical, part of Kelso Industries, seeks a senior leader to manage P&L across multiple HVAC/R operations. You will drive budgeting, forecasting, and margin improvement while expanding national grocery and cold storage accounts.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of leadership in HVAC/R with P&L or general management responsibility
• Experience managing $30M+ business and driving growth
• Strong background in construction financials: WIP, revenue recognition, job costing
• Experience leading multi-site operations

Responsabilidades

• Own the full P&L and annual budget for the division; drive margin improvement
• Lead monthly WIP reviews, forecast accuracy, and backlog management
• Strengthen relationships with national grocery accounts and grow new business
• Oversee scheduling, manpower planning, safety, quality, and compliance across branches
• Hire, develop, and retain field leadership; build succession plans
