Job summary

DHR Mechanical, a Kelso Industries company, is seeking a senior leader to own the full P&L and drive growth across Atlanta and Tampa. You will lead a multi-branch team, manage budgets, forecasts, and safety/compliance while building strong client relationships with national grocery accounts.

This role requires 5+ years of leadership in HVAC/R with P&L responsibility, plus a track record of strategic planning and delivering results.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in HVAC/R with P&L or general management responsibility.
• Proven success in strategic planning and execution.
• Demonstrated strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience managing $30M+ business with growth track record.

Responsibilities

• Own the full P&L and annual budget; lead monthly WIP reviews and forecast.
• Strengthen relationships with national grocery accounts and grow multi-site work.
• Lead multi-branch operations including scheduling, safety, and compliance.
• Hire, develop, and retain field leadership; build bench strength.
• Collaborate with Kelso leadership to advance division initiatives.
