Job summary

D2B Groups LLC is seeking a General Manager to take full operational and financial ownership of the business. You will run service, construction, and shop operations, own monthly numbers, and lead a culture of high performance in a boiler-focused contractor environment.

You will inherit skilled technicians and long-standing customer relationships. The role targets margin improvement, tighter execution, and modernization of systems while preserving the team and customer service levels.

Qualifications

• Ten or more years of progressive operations leadership in commercial/industrial boiler, mechanical HVAC, or related contracting.

Responsibilities

• Own the P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and variance discussions across all revenue lines.
• Maintain and defend NB R certificate and ASME/NBIC requirements across codes and inspections.
• Lead field service, project scheduling, procurement, and shop throughput while protecting margins.
