Job summary

Anduril Industries in California is seeking a Senior Director to join the finance team supporting Air Dominance & Strike (AD&S). This high-visibility role owns the P&L for the Autonomous Air Power business line and leads a talented team delivering profitability across programs.

The role blends strategic capital allocation with hands-on financial rigor, partnering with division and senior leaders to build sustainable models, forecast performance, and drive cost efficiency in a fast-moving defense

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 15+ years finance experience in Big Tech, Defense, Large Manufacturing, or Government contracting.
• 3-5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong Excel, modeling, ERP and data tooling.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior AD&S leaders to provide financial expertise.
• Forecast, budgeting, and reporting for business lines.
• Own financial oversight for large, complex programs.
• Lead team development and implement best practices.
• Develop executive reporting and insights.
• Analyze performance vs forecasts and variances.
• Collaborate to improve finance systems and tools.
• Create data-driven models for pricing and returns.
• Own KPI dashboards and financial status reporting.
• Manage customer program reporting and invoicing.
