Responsibilities

• Daily partnership with Senior Leaders within AD&S to bring first class financial expertise and support to the business.
• Manage the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and oversee the preparation of business line, product and program level financial reporting.
• Own the financial oversight and management for a portfolio of large, complex, and mission-critical programs.
• Manage and scale a dedicated team by developing talent and implementing best practices to ensure a well-controlled finance organization.
• Lead the development of executive-level reporting and present financial insights to senior management.
• Evaluate financial performance by analyzing actual results vs forecasts and identifying variances.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to improve performance and finance systems, tools and processes.
• Develop data-driven models for segmentation, pricing optimization, and financial returns.
• Own dashboards, alerts, and KPI health analysis; drive impact via strategies.
• Build strong internal/external customer reporting and monthly invoicing/status reporting.
