SERVPRO Team JRF is seeking a skilled Reconstruction Project Manager focused on insurance restoration. Based in Manchester, NH, you’ll oversee multiple projects from scope to final cost, serving as the main contact for homeowners, property managers and insurance adjusters.

This full-time role offers $80,000–$120,000 total compensation, a company vehicle and a rich benefits package along with growth opportunities in a high-demand field.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in restoration or mitigation construction.
• Strong communication with homeowners, managers, and insurers.
• Ability to manage timelines and multiple moving parts.
• Valid driver's license and local travel across NH/MA.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple reconstruction projects from scope to close.
• Serve as main contact for homeowners, managers, and insurers.
• Prepare scopes and estimates; document changes using Xactimate.
• Coordinate subcontractors to keep projects on schedule.
• Maintain thorough job documentation for invoicing and compliance.
• Ensure excellent customer experience through proactive communication.
• Monitor budgets and assist with final cost reviews.
