Job summary

ODPGroup in Kent, WA is seeking an Operations Manager to lead distribution and transportation activities, including receiving, order fulfillment, shipping/loadout, and transportation. You will own P&L for the area, manage staff, costs, safety, and KPIs, and ensure regulatory compliance while building a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

You will partner with site and regional leadership to design processes that boost productivity, quality, and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 3+ years in a leadership role within distribution/transportation/operations.
• Strong MS Office skills including Outlook and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage receipt, storage, order fulfillment, loading, and transportation activities with KPI focus.
• Monitor performance data and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop a 20–30 person team; conduct reviews and coaching.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and cost control; manage multi-department P&Ls.
• Collaborate with site/regional leadership to optimize processes and service.
