Job summary

PowerPak Civil & Safety LLC in Hanover, MD is seeking an Operations Manager to own end-to-end distribution center operations, including receiving, inventory, fulfillment, and outbound delivery. This is a hands-on leadership role on the floor, guiding a lean team and building scalable processes as the center grows.

You will coordinate with purchasing, sales, and customer service to keep orders moving, improve throughput, and drive accuracy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in warehouse, distribution, or operations.
• Track record of owning outcomes for on-time shipping.
• Experience coordinating deliveries with drivers and third-party carriers.
• Forklift or material-handling certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, inventory, fulfillment, and outbound logistics.
• Lead the floor team and drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with purchasing, sales, and customer service to keep orders moving.
• Ensure safety, accuracy, and cost-efficient operations.
• Develop processes to scale the distribution center as it grows.
