Orion180 Insurance Co. in the United States is seeking a National Product Manager (P&C) to lead enhancements to existing products and guide cross-functional teams across Sales, Claims, and Customer Experience.

You will own the product lifecycle from ideation through delivery, monitor performance after launch, and mentor junior team members. This on-site role offers competitive pay, bonuses, and growth opportunities.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in property and casualty insurance.
• 2+ years of experience managing teams and projects.
• Familiarity with product life cycles and MS Office; form automation is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Work with internal teams to identify products needing enhancements.
• Lead all aspects of changes from identification to delivery.
• Research competitor filings to identify future opportunities.
• Create project timelines and oversee delivery milestones.
• Ensure cross-departmental communication of form changes and timelines.
• Monitor post-launch performance and adjust as needed.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
