Qualifications

• Florida 2-20 or 20-44 license required.
• 2 years experience in Florida Property & Casualty insurance.
• Proven sales experience with a passion for helping clients.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and driven to meet sales goals.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce CRM.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on insurance options to meet their needs.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Leverage marketing resources and personal networking to generate business.
• Make outbound calls and field inbound calls to/from prospective customers.
