This hybrid position offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $45,000 to $60,000 plus incentives, totaling between $55,000 and $80,000. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience, an active Florida P&C license, and excellent communication skills. The role involves managing client relationships and providing tailored insurance solutions, with benefits including full medical and 401(k).

Qualifications

• Active Florida P&C license in good standing (required).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in property & casualty insurance sales or service.
• Proven track record in closing new business and maintaining client relationships.
• Excellent communication skills, articulate and confident.
• Professional presentation suitable for client-facing engagements.
• Stable employment history with demonstrated reliability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Provide accurate insurance quotes and tailored coverage options.
• Manage renewals, endorsements, and policy changes.
• Utilize agency software systems effectively.
• Represent the agency at client meetings and events.
