Diaz Insurance Inc is seeking an experienced Property & Casualty Licensed Agent or Customer Service Representative in Miami, FL. The role focuses on selling and servicing personal lines insurance, building client relationships, and supporting growth with top-rated carriers.

Required: Active FL P&C license (2-20 or 4-40), 1–2 years sales experience in personal lines, and bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years sales experience in personal lines preferred.

• Strong communication, verbal/written/listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Solicit new accounts and establish customer relationships.
• Manage renewals and service requests.
• Complete new business and renewal applications with customers.
• Identify cross-sale opportunities to existing customers.
• Maintain high customer/account retention.
• Provide general customer service to agency customers.
• Develop proficiency in agency management and quoting software.
• Enter and maintain accurate information in the agency system.
• Learn multiple carriers and comply with underwriting guidelines.
• Assist in production and retention efforts to meet growth objectives.
• Explain policy language and coverages to customers.

Well established Independent Insurance Agency is looking for an experienced Property & Casualty Licensed Agent or Customer Service Representative to join our growing team.

We are seeking a team member who is highly motivated and excels in establishing and maintaining client relationships.
At least 1-2 years experience in the selling and servicing of personal lines insurance policies is prefered.

Requirements:
