Qualifications

• High school Diploma or equivalent.
• Active Florida 2-20 Property and Casualty license.
• 1+ year of experience in P&C insurance sales or service.
• Proven ability to generate new business, retain existing business, and cross-sell.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and on a team.
• Precise verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Deliver a tailored, white-glove experience to all clients.

Responsibilities
