Westmark Credit Union is hiring a P&C Insurance Sales Advisor in Boise to deliver personalized insurance solutions and financial guidance. You will build relationships, identify member needs, and cross-sell related Credit Union products while traveling up to half the week between branches.

The role emphasizes a consultative approach, exceptional member experience, and collaboration with team members to connect members with the right resources.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Active Idaho P&C license required.
• 1+ year experience in insurance, sales, or financial services.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Willingness to travel between branches up to 50%.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide value-based education and consultative guidance on Westmark Insurance and Credit Union products and services.
• Cross-sell insurance products and refer members to relevant Credit Union products and services.
• Explain product features, benefits, coverage options, and requirements clearly.
• Accurately complete insurance applications and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain high quality, accuracy, and efficiency in processing insurance services.
• Deliver a positive, professional member experience in every interaction.
