Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience as an agent specializing in property casualty insurance sales.
• Property Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Life and Health Insurance license required.
• Certified Insurance Counselor, CIC certificate preferred.
• Experience in an independent agency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to credit union core values and service standards in fulfilling the mission.
• Demonstrates a positive member service focus with internal and external customers.
• Builds relationships with insureds and prospects to drive new business.
• Creates proposals and recommends appropriate insurance products based on needs.
• Sells all lines of new business policies to membership and prospects.
• Develops external sources and partners to drive referrals and growth.
