Job summary

PolicyLift, an AI-native growth engine for independent P&C agencies, is seeking a hands-on professional to onboard agencies, train teams, and advocate for the agent perspective in the product roadmap.

You will be the first point of contact for insurance-specific issues, driving adoption and alignment across Product, Customer Success, and Support. This role offers equity and rapid growth into leadership paths in Product, CS, or Support.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in an independent P&C agency.
• Fluent in personal and commercial lines, AMS, raters, and carrier portals.
• A process builder who is curious about AI and can speak both agent and product.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new agencies, train their teams, and bring the agent perspective to the roadmap.
• Be the first call for insurance-specific issues and help drive adoption.
• Collaborate with product, CS, and support to align on agency needs.
