PolicyLift is an AI-native growth engine for independent P&C agencies. You will help agents win more premium by shaping product, onboarding, and ongoing agency success.

This role blends product insight, customer onboarding, and proactive support in a fast-moving startup environment. Ideal candidates are former agents with P&C licenses, fluent in personal and commercial lines, and eager to influence product roadmaps with firsthand agency experience.

Qualifications

• Former or current independent P&C agent with 3+ years in an agency.
• Licensed in P&C; fluent in personal and commercial lines.
• Hands-on with AMS, raters, and carrier portals/download feeds.

Responsibilities

• Represent the independent agent and inform product priorities.
• Translate agency scenarios into product standards to build for-need features.
• Review new workflows, integrations, and automations before release.
• Map each agency's stack and wire PolicyLift into it.
• Train agencies and create onboarding guides and playbooks.
• Support agencies; reproduce, triage issues and drive adoption.
