The role focuses on getting new agencies live, removing blockers, and delivering agent-centric product improvements. You will collaborate across product, onboarding, and customer success to ensure agencies realize

Formación

• Former independent P&C agent with quoted, bound, serviced and renewed policies.
• Experience translating agent needs into product/tech enhancements.

You’re a former independent P&C agent who has quoted, bound, serviced and renewed policies. Now you'll draw on that experience to help build and implement technology that helps agents win more premium.

PolicyLift services a book of over $1B in premium, and we're adding agencies faster every month. This role is the person who helps get new agencies live, keeps their team unstuck, and brings the agent's point of view into what our team builds next. It's a hybrid of three things: product, onboarding, and ongoing agency success.

Customers listen
