Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries for auto, home, renters, commercial property, and liability policies
• Explain coverage details, deductibles, limits, billing inquiries, and claims processes
• Process policy transactions including endorsements, renewals, cancellations, reinstatements, and rewrites
• Provide FNOL support and guide clients through the claims process
• Maintain records in the agency management system and ensure compliance
• Collaborate with carriers and producers on renewals and cross-sell opportunities
