gobravvo is seeking a driven Property & Casualty Insurance Agent to help clients secure the right protections and expand their personal book of business in a full-time role. The position is based in Houston, TX, offering a structured path to build client relationships and grow sales through a proven system.

You will leverage your P&C license, drive coverage recommendations, and participate in ongoing training and mentorship to meet production goals and advance within the agency.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
• Strong sales background in insurance is preferred.
• Experience with major carriers is a plus (State Farm, Farmers, Allstate, GEICO, Progressive).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented, coachable, and motivated to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Sell property and casualty insurance products including auto, home, life, and umbrella policies.
• Handle inbound and outbound leads; manage all stages of the sales process.
• Provide detailed insurance quotes and personalized coverage recommendations.
• Develop and grow relationships with new and existing clients.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales production goals while maintaining compliance.
