Job summary

You will sell auto, home, life, and umbrella coverage, engage inbound and outbound leads, quote accurately, and tailor recommendations in a commission-driven role.

You will join a mentorship-focused agency, meet monthly sales goals, maintain compliance, and build a personal book of business while helping clients protect assets.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Recent experience with major carriers preferred.
• Bilingual abilities in English/Spanish, English/Mandarin, or English/Cantonese desirable.

Responsibilities

• Sell auto, home, life, and umbrella insurance to individuals and businesses.
• Handle inbound and outbound insurance leads with professionalism.
• Provide accurate quotes and detailed coverage recommendations.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales production goals.
• Build and grow a personal book of business through relationship management.
• Ensure compliance with agency and industry guidelines.
