gobravvo is seeking a motivated Property and Casualty Insurance Sales Agent (P&C) to join our team in the United States. You will participate in mentorship, receive comprehensive training, and build your own client book while working toward leadership opportunities.

This role offers base salary with commissions and bonuses, plus benefits including health and dental insurance, PTO, and a flexible hybrid schedule once goals are met. Licensing support provided.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated with urgency and drive for results.
• Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in sales/marketing/telemarketing preferred.
• Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses preferred (licensing support provided).

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs.
• Educate clients about property and casualty insurance products and services.
• Generate new sales leads through networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives.
• Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.
• Assist clients with claims and policy modifications as necessary.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with mentor agent and team members for continuous professional development.
