Job summary

USAA Life Insurance Company seeks a dedicated P&C Product Management Director for the Property and Casualty Go-To-Market team, supporting Northeast states. You will lead strategic profit targets and analyze state P&L and marketing investments to drive market growth and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or Statistics; OR 4 years of relevant education and/or experience.
• 8 years of relevant product or program management experience analyzing data and developing recommendations, or an advanced degree in Business, with 6 years of product or program management experience.
• 4 years of P&C experience.
• Extensive experience in creating product briefings and presenting to executive leadership.
• Demonstrated experience in independently conducting product analysis and understanding market dynamics.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills with customer focus and collaboration.
• Advanced knowledge of product regulations, risk, and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Works with large data sets and leads business analysis of state-specific P&L and marketing strategy.
• Provides guidance on financial and customer-related concerns from executives using SAS, SQL, Tableau, R, etc.
• Leads design, development, implementation, and maintenance of P&C insurance products to deliver value with stakeholders.
• Builds partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to develop state strategy and regulatory alignment.
• Directs data analytics with internal stakeholders to identify growth opportunities and present learnings.
• Builds complex reports to monitor business performance and communicate results.
• Defines KPIs with stakeholders and analyzes trends to improve performance and minimize risk.
• Leads market analysis and evaluates product performance metrics for regional decisions.
• Maintains relationships with Government & Industry Relations, Attorney, and Compliance Advisor.
