JUST ONE is seeking a Commercial Insurance Underwriter to manage D&O and related liability lines. You will oversee underwriting performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with brokers and clients to drive profitability.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree, 2+ years in underwriting, and strong Excel/MS Office skills with excellent risk assessment and communication abilities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required.
• 2+ years of Commercial Insurance underwriting experience.
• Strong knowledge of liability insurance lines (D&O, EPL, cyber, etc.).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and MS Office skills are essential.
• Excellent risk assessment, underwriting, and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite Directors & Officers (D&O) and related liability lines.
• Ensure underwriting guidelines, governance, and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor portfolio performance and profitability; identify risks and actions.
• Deliver underwriting KPIs with strong risk assessment and discipline.
• Collaborate with brokers, clients, and internal teams to support growth.
• Prepare policies, renewals, endorsements, and related documentation.
• Maintain underwriting records and provide high-quality service.
